Rebuild Front Entry-Foundation Repair in French Quarter-Bywater/Marigny New Orleans
Before and AfterA-1 was hired to redesign the front entry. The owner wanted to keep the historic tile, but the city would approve the project only if both entryways were addressed. Brewster, our Foundation Specialist, created a plan to salvage key tiles and integrate them into a new design that meets the homeowner’s needs and complies with HDLC requirements.

Before and AfterExterior Sill beam was rotted from moisture and insect damage, which was causing issues with uneven walls and floors inside the property. A-1 House Leveling completed a Sill/Beam replacement to restore safety and stability.
