After Slab Foundation Shoring/Stabilization Fontainebleau-New Orleans
Before and AfterA-1 was hired to stabilize this very historic home in the Fontainebleau Neighborhood. Client was struggling with constant large cracks in her stucco, due to movement and settling of the concrete foundation. As with all Slab Foundation Repairs, a tremendous amount of digging and work go into this projects. Very proud of the team that made this happen.

Before and AfterA-1 was hired to rebuild the front stairs, and stabilize the foundation of this Mid City Raised House. Original stairs were kept, but the stair walls on both side were completely rebuilt with new concrete footings , and set to match the original design, with modern strength and stability.

Columns and supports were completely rebuilt, and set to match the original design, with modern strength and stability.

Before and AfterA-1 was hired to redesign the front entry. The owner wanted to keep the historic tile, but the city would approve the project only if both entryways were addressed. Brewster, our Foundation Specialist, created a plan to salvage key tiles and integrate them into a new design that meets the homeowner’s needs and complies with HDLC requirements.
