  • A binding contract will exist only once both parties sign a written agreement specifying scope of work, costs, and timelines.

  • Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees, liens, or collection efforts as permitted by Louisiana law.

5. Warranties & Limitations

  • Warranties are valid only if all payment terms are satisfied.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, natural disasters, homeowner negligence, or modifications performed by third parties after our work is complete.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • Disclose known site conditions (plumbing leaks, prior repairs, etc.).

  • Obtain any necessary homeowner approvals (HOA, lender, etc.) prior to work.
